The question that shifts your perspective

Executive coaching for leaders in transition: specialists stepping into their first leadership role, and managers leading through change.

Grounded in 7+ years of building international teams, and in knowing first-hand how it feels when the title changes before the confidence does.

Is this you?

You were excellent at your job. So excellent that you were promoted, and suddenly your job is no longer the work itself, but the people who do it.

Or perhaps you've been leading for a while, but the organization around you keeps changing shape, and lately you find yourself asking: Am I still going in the right direction? Would anyone on my team tell me if I weren't?

I work with:

New leaders

Specialists who stepped into their first leadership role and are discovering that what got them here won't get them further.

Managers navigating change

Leaders carrying their teams through reorganisations, mergers and shifting priorities, while quietly wondering who is carrying them.

What coaching with me looks like

A coach's job is not to hand you answers. It is to ask the question that shifts your entire perspective, to create space for you to breathe, and to notice what you might have missed.

01

We talk, no strings attached

A free 30-minute introductory conversation. You share what you're navigating; we see whether we're a fit. Coaching works when the chemistry is right; that's what this conversation is for.

02

We set direction together

We agree on what you want to change, not a generic development plan, but your actual situation, values, and goals.

03

We work, session by session

Regular one-to-one sessions, online or in Tallinn. Between sessions, real life provides the homework. You lead; I ask, listen, and hold up the mirror.

About me

I didn't start as a coach. I started as an accounting assistant, and over nearly two decades in finance, I grew into leading a global team across four countries. I know what it costs to have the difficult conversation, to hear the quiet voice in the back seat, and to stay yourself while everything around you changes.

Coaching found me at the Hult Ashridge Executive Leadership Program, where I experienced what one good question can do. Today I hold a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching (EBS) and am working toward ICF ACC accreditation.

My philosophy is simple: people deliver their best when they feel valued, trusted, and challenged in ways that help them grow. That is how I lead, and how I coach.

Sometimes leadership is not about driving faster. It's about making sure you're going in the right direction.

If something on this page sounded like your Monday morning, let's talk. The first conversation is free, unhurried, and requires no commitment.
